I’m getting married this year! It was time for a change and Komi Salon absolutely came through! I’ve been doing my own hair pink, purple, blue, green, etc for years, I decided it was time to get a cut, color removal, and extensions. Stella was scheduled for my consultation and it was wonderful! I had been to 3 other salons for consultations before I found Komi, and I said they were my last stop before I just did my own hair again. It was clear from the start of the consult that I was her sole focus as she sits down with you and communicates everything clearly. I did not have to ask how long, how much, or when. Each question you could have is answered with confidence and efficiency. One of the best parts for me as a client, was experiencing the salon as a whole - and it was exactly what you would want out of a luxury experience that you are paying for. Luxury isn’t just the most expensive options, the most extravagant, etc. Luxury is grace, feeling like your every comfort has already been thought of, and most importantly luxury hair services are (should be) services you don’t feel like you need to question. The entire salon team works together to create an atmosphere worth telling your friends about; completely literal on this. From the moment you walk in, you are consistently greeted with a genuine smile. Beverages (and yes, tasty ones) and snacks are preemptively offered to you throughout the duration of your service. Cold? A blanket. Hot? A fan. The front desk associates excel at client communication and comfortability. They set the entire vibe when you arrive and keep you happy, warm, and hydrated. It’s not uncommon for another stylist to hop over and assist someone else, making everything run so much more efficient! There is NO apparent competition between this team, I have only ever witnessed grace, eagerness to help, compliments, and positivity. The assistants working here are a pleasure to be around and it’s obvious how thoroughly they are learning and doing their very best in every task I have had three separate appointments with 3 separate stylists and I can honestly say I don’t care who works on my hair, as long as it’s at Komi. Stella’s team is hand-picked and after years of experience in this industry; she is making sure the luxury she provides is experience salon-wide.

I had the absolute best experience with Komi. Courtney made the experience even better from responding super fast to my message and even asking if I wanted to try something new and get express wefts. I’ve never had any type of extensions before and always believed it would be too heavy on my head. I have had the wefts for about a week now and I am in love! I cannot even tell they are in my hair and it fills out the spots that are thinner. In love with the color and feel of my hair I will continue to go here and see Courtney for my hair! Customer service is amazing and everyone that works here is super sweet!

I had an amazing haircut at Komi a few weeks ago. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Kristin was my stylist and she listened to my ideas, gave helpful feedback for my hair type, and gave me the cutest lob. She was coaching another stylist while cutting my hair and explaining to them how hair grows and how you have to cut differently based on where on your head it is – she really knows her stuff! I don't live in town but I'd definitely go back to see her.

I had the honor of having my last extension move-up with Stella, the owner. All I have to say is I am beyond impressed with her! She is an amazing lady and really takes pride in her work! She cares about you and wants to ensure that you leave her chair 100% satisfied. Plus, you might just learn a few things or two from her, lol, she is full of knowledge! Fun to talk with, and she makes you feel right at home. She did an amazing job on coloring my extensions and blending my natural hair. Stella, thanks again, looking forward to seeing you and Aileen in February!

I had a great first experience at Komi Hair salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. They have a little sign and welcome you with a beverage which just elevates the experience. I booked with Aillean and she was incredibly kind, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Not only does my hair look the way I requested, but I also felt so comfortable and well taken care of throughout the whole appointment. I highly recommend Ailleen and this salon!
